The challenge

The main challenge of this project was to create a design that effectively communicated the unique value proposition of Circles while also addressing the needs and preferences of their target audience. The previous website had a cluttered layout and lacked clear navigation, resulting in a high bounce rate and low conversion rate. The new design needed to be more user-friendly, responsive, and accessible to all devices, while also reflecting the brand identity of Circles.

To begin, I conducted extensive research on the agency's target audience, business goals, and competitors. This involved creating user personas and conducting user interviews to understand their pain points, motivations, and goals.

Next, I collaborated with the product team and stakeholders to define the key features and requirements for the new website. We established a clear information architecture, streamlined navigation, and created a design system that reflected the agency's brand identity.

Using the insights gathered from the research phase, I created wireframes, prototypes and user flows to test the new design with real users. This allowed me to identify usability issues, optimize user experience and fine-tune the website's visual design.

After several rounds of user testing and feedback, I refined the design and began implementing it into a fully functional website. I created custom graphics, icons and animations that enhanced the website's visual appeal, and ensured that the content was optimized for search engines and mobile devices.

Conclusion

The redesign of Circles product agency's website resulted in a significant increase in traffic and engagement, generating positive feedback from clients and stakeholders. The improvements made resulted in a 55% increase in traffic, a 20% decrease in bounce rate, and a 40% increase in lead generation. The new design also increased the time spent on the website by 70%, and achieved a 90% mobile responsiveness score on Google's Mobile-Friendly Test.
